During a recent episode, Kelly Ripa told the audience that the show “is finally moving to a new location.” According to Ripa, she and Mark Consuelos “went down to tour the studios.” So, from the looks of it, the pair have been shopping for a new set.
However, Kelly also said that this big move would not be happening just yet. According to her, the move would not happen for some time. There is even some doubt over whether or not the move would happen at all. However, Kelly Ripa did hint that the new place would be “a fancy schmancy state-of-the-art studio in SoHo.”
Ripa Celebrated A Birthday Recently
This potential big move was not the only big news recently. It turns out, Kelly Ripa celebrated her 54th birthday as well. Lots of people paid tribute to Ripa on her special day, including her husband, Mark Consuelos.
Mark wrote: “Happy Birthday Sexy! I’m so glad you were born. What a beautiful sprint around the sun. The best is yet to come. P.S. I promise not to snore so much this year.”
In addition to the sweet words, Mark Consuelos also included a short clip with a bunch of photos of the husband and wife, as well as their family. Overall, it was a sweet birthday tribute, and viewers love to see that the passion between them is still going strong.
