A court document details the Wisconsin teen’s nine felony charges and an alleged “manifesto calling for the assassination” of the president

Nikita Casap, the 17-year-old Wisconsin boy who was arrested and charged following the death of his parents earlier this year, allegedly also mapped out a plan to kill President Donald Trump.

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department (WCSD) arrested the teen on Feb. 28 on theft and motor vehicle charges after police found his stepfather and mother slain in their home — and later found Casap allegedly driving his stepfather’s car.

The couple, who were found in Village of Waukesha during a welfare check, were later identified by family as 51-year-old Donald Mayer and his wife, Tatiana Casap, per TMJ 4, CBS 58 and 12 News.

Now, Casap faces nine felony charges — including two counts of first-degree intentional homicide and additional charges such as hiding a corpse, per multiple outlets, including WDJT — as an unsealed search warrant obtained by CNN affiliate WISN and reviewed by PEOPLE detail what authorities are calling the teen’s alleged plan to assassinate Trump, 78.

According to the Waukesha County court docket, the WCSD obtained a search warrant for Casap’s phone on March 4, before they uncovered material related to “The Order of Nine Angles” — which it describes as “a network of individuals holding neo-Nazi racially motivated extremist views.”

FBI personnel, per the document, also discovered what appeared to be a “manifesto” calling for “the assassination of the President of the United States in order to foment a political revolution” and “save the white race.”

“As to why, specifically Trump, I think it’s pretty obvious,” the document read. “By getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president, that is guaranteed to bring in some chaos.”

Per the unsealed documents, FBI personnel performing the “preliminary review” also found what they called “an image with information of how to utilize a drone as an attack drone.” In addition, a classmate of Casap’s told a member of the WCSD that the teen told him he “intended to kill his parents by shooting them but did not have access to a gun.”

Casap later told the classmate that he’d “befriend someone with a gun and then steal the gun,” and that he was “in contact with a male in Russia via Telegram and they were planning to overthrow the government of the United States and assassinate President Trump.” Telegram messages reviewed by officials also detail Casap apparently asking about a move to Ukraine.

“In sum, Casap appears to have written a manifesto calling for the assassination of the President of the United States. He was in touch with other parties about his plan to kill the President and overthrow the government of the United States,” the document read.

“And he paid for, at least in part, a drone and explosives to be used as a weapon of mass destruction to commit an attack. The killing of his parents appeared to be an effort to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary to carrying out his plan. Other parties, with whom Casap was in contact, appear to have been aware of his plan and actions and to have provided assistance to Casap in carrying them out,” it continued.

According to the affidavit, investigators are also pursuing the federal charges of presidential assassination, conspiracy and use of weapons of mass destruction. Per WDJT, the teen last appeared in court on April 9, is due back for arraignment on May 7 and is in custody on $1 million bond.
