General Hospital fans slam Ava for ‘staging the scene’ instead of telling the truth
After Kristina fell out the window and into the pool after trying to get away from Ava, the latter tried to stage the scene in the hotel room – something fans warned her about
General Hospital fans think Ava is just making everything worse.
On Friday’s episode of the hit soap opera, Port Charles dealt with Kristina’s fall through the window. Kristina is eight and a half months pregnant and carrying her sister’s baby for her.
Ava and Kristina were arguing over Ava’s custody battle with Sonny when Ava reached for her, causing Kristina to trip over a duffle bag on the floor and fall out a window and three stories down into the Metro Court pool. Ava visibly panicked after the fall and decided to stage the room to make it look like Kristina tried attacking her.
She moved the duffle bags over, closed the curtains, positioned her heels by the window, and lied to Dante about what happened. But Dante wasn’t buying it and arrested her.
Fans of the show took to social media to share their thoughts. “Ava what are you doing??? This is so unnecessary staging the scene,” one fan wrote on Twitter, now known as X.
“Was Ava always this bad at coming up with cover stories? Ava’s not the type to leave shoes around. She should have planted something larger & plausible for Kristina to have fallen on. Lol! I was waiting for Ava to fake an injury,” another added.
A third chastised: “It was so stupid that she closed the curtains. Apparently they should have stayed open, because the person fell out of them. Revealed herself.”
Others tried to figure out the reason why Ava would try and stage the scene. One fan theorized: “Why would Ava try to make it look like Kristina attacked her b/c you know people are not gonna buy that. She should’ve left that big a– bag where it was and told the truth. Maybe she didn’t want people to know about her and Jagger.”
Another pointed out that maybe Ava wasn’t the one who should be getting in trouble. “Carly needs to be sued because what kind of windows are those? Kids like horse play and rough play so if they in that hotel room they’d fly out the window too #gh those wood frames should be metal.”
