One fan took to Reddit to speculate about the Chrisley’s properties. They listed all of the homes that are still in Todd Chrisley’s daughter Savannah Chrisley’s name. This included the homes she sold. She temporarily worked as a real estate agent.
She purchased the Franklin house in October 2016. At the time, she put a down payment of $250K for the $681,800 home. Savannah sold the home in April 2024 for $1.25 million. She made $700,000 in profit.
In April 2019, Julie purchased the big white house on Exton Lane. She only put down $1.2 million on the home. The matriarch took out a $2.145 million mortgage on the $3.37 million home. The Chrisley family sold the home after Todd and Julie started their prison sentence.
Julie appointed Savannah as her Power of Attorney. The Exton Lane home was sold for $5.2 million in April 2023. This home still has a $17 million restitution lien. Some fans in the Reddit thread speculated the profits from the sale would pay off the lien.

The family home where Savannah currently lives with Chloe and Grayson is on Lynwood Boulevard. Julie Chrisley purchased the home in December 2016 for $1.6 million with a $220K down payment.
In 2020, that home was also transferred to Savannah Chrisley’s name. Their daughter placed the home under a trust called the Getha Trust. There’s no other information on whether there is a mortgage on this property. Some fans assume it was paid off.
