When fans first heard that Todd Chrisley’s daughter was dating Robert Shiver, a lot of people were concerned because his wife allegedly tried to kill him. Besides, he seemed very well off, so if they got married, she and both kids wouldn’t be affected in any way.

Before going to prison for tax and fraud crimes, Savannah Chrisley told her father, Todd, that she would not get married or have children while her parents were behind bars. Well, she was still in her twenties and he felt it wasn’t right for her to hold on to her life. Keeping that in mind, she met and fell in love with Rober Shiver. And recently, she spoke up about marrying him.

On her Unlocked podcast this week, Todd’s daughter spoke with her friend Briley King, who makes and sells hats. They enjoy a good time laughing and joking about dating. Alumnus Chrisley Knows Best started spilling the tea about meeting Robert and she fell in love almost immediately.

At the 10:20 mark in the video below, Savannah Chrisley starts talking about how she and Robert Shiver arranged to meet in LA. There, they went to a concert. She said in part:

I don’t even think I’ve ever told this before. So the first night, obviously we went to a concert, everyone was drinking, everyone was having a good time. And that night, he said, ‘I think I love you.’ Literally, that night. The night we met in real life.

The reality star claims she cursed at Robert when he talked about falling in love with her so quickly. She said, “Shut up.” Continuing, she claimed that they decided “when we get married, his wedding drink will be, ‘I think I love you,’ and mine will be, ‘Shut up.’

Robert seems loyal
When Todd and Julie Chrisley’s oral argument appeal was filed in Atlanta, Robert arrived with his girlfriend. That seemed nice, fans agreed because it meant someone was rooting for her. Additionally, he seems close to the younger Chrisleys, Grayson, and Chloe. In the future he will probably also be responsible for two children.
