‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’ Season 5 Trailer & Cast Revealed: 3 Stars Return & 6 Crew Members Join
Below Deck Sailing Yacht season five is finally almost here!
Bravo announced the return of the Below Deck spinoff this week, and revealed the full crew for the upcoming episodes, including one controversial crew member’s return following sexual assault allegations.
Here’s a synopsis: The captain and his expert crew set sail on Parsifal III to the luxury party capital of the world, Ibiza. While Ibiza is known for its sunny day parties and crystal-clear coast, it’s stormy waters ahead for the crew as they navigate blossoming boatmances, competitive co-workers and tense personal dynamics, all while trying to raise the bar every charter.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht season five is set to debut on Monday, October 7th at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo and next day on Peacock!
Glenn Shephard – RETURNING
Glenn returns as the Captain of the yacht.
Bio: Originally from Montreal, Capt. Glenn’s life has always been dictated by the need to see the world. Early on in his travels, he was invited onboard a 50-foot classic sailboat to work as a deckhand and was immediately hooked and has never looked back. With over 22 years in the industry and 13 years as the Captain on Parsifal III, Glenn has hosted hundreds of high-end guests over many busy charter seasons. Glenn knows how to keep his cool while catering to the uber elite. This laid-back Captain is calm until his limits are pushed. Don’t mess with Capt. Glenn!

Daisy Kelliher – RETURNING
Daisy is returning to the crew as Chief Stew. After a distracting love triangle last season that took her focus away from work, Daisy is ready to take the reins back in the interior department with a new sense of energy and determination. However, plans for a stress-free charter season are threatened when her stews question her leadership.
Bio: Returning chief stew Daisy Kelliher is considered a yachting legacy. Her grandfather was an Olympic sailor for Ireland in 1964, and her parents – and many aunts and uncles – were yachties. Daisy has a lot to live up to when she returns to Parsifal III after the last three seasons and can always be counted on to give you a piece of her mind and let her hair down to have a good time.

Gary King – RETURNING
Gary is returning to the crew as the First Mate. On deck, Gary attempts to keep his team motivated as one crew member struggles to learn the ropes.
Bio: Having captained smaller boats and run the deck on several busy super yachts, Gary’s 13 years of experience is apparent in the way he runs his deck team. On one hand, he rules his department with an iron fist but on the other hand, he is never the type to leave a party first. He brims with mischievous charm but his flirtation gets him in hot water on and off deck.
Gary‘s return is quite controversial, though expected as it was presumed the season was filmed before sexual allegations came to light against him. Many thought the delay in the fifth season airing was due to the production having to edit him out as much as possible, but he is featured quite a bit in the trailer, and even in sit-down interviews.
The allegations came as a former staffer on season four spoke out about him trying to “force himself” upon her. Find out more here.

Cloyce Martin – JOINING
Cloyce joins the crew as the Chef. In the galley, Chef Cloyce charms the crew and guests but at only 22, he may be too inexperienced to meet the demands of the high-maintenance charter guests.
