Sandy offered encouragement, reminding Bri that she could choose how to respond. She told her to control her emotions by remaining confident.
Unfortunately, Sandy’s tune may change as Bri and Ellie’s fight escalates. When Sandy called a meeting between the stews, she was irritated by Bri’s inability to stop talking negatively to Ellie. Sandy offered the ultimatum that if Bri and Ellie could not find a resolution, they would both be fired. Bri responded that they had attempted to make peace before, and it was simply not possible.
Bri has shown tremendous growth throughout Below Deck Mediterranean season 9. She put meticulous effort into improving her organizational skills, and she prioritized the guests’ needs over her own.
