If you can’t get enough of Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9, then you’re in luck, because a new iteration of the Below Deck Mediterranean After Show is launching soon.
That’s right: The Below Deck Med Season 9 cast — Captain Sandy Yawn, chief stew Aesha Scott, bosun Iain Maclean, chef Johnathan Shillingford, stews Elena Dubaich and Bri Muller, and deckhands Joe Bradley, Nathan Gallagher, and Gael Cameron — will be breaking down this season’s drama and revealing never-before-heard details each week after a new episode airs.
They won’t be the only ones, though, because Below Deck alum Kate Chastain is also set to appear on the After Show!

You can get a sneak peek at what’s to come from both Kate and the Below Deck Med Season 9 yachties in the above first-look trailer, which opens with the aforementioned chief stew reuniting with her old friend, Aesha.
“If we morphed into one chief stew,” Aesha tells Kate, “we would probably be the world’s best chief stew.”
Later, the pair reveals the hilarious way they became friends in the first place.
“Did you guys know that I watched my very first premiere episode with Kate?” Aesha says, before making another revelation. “I broke her TV.”
“You did break my TV, but you know what? I knew this was gonna be a great memory for years to come,” Kate replies with a smile.
Aesha also refers to Kate as “the queen of Below Deck” and notes that it’s “so cool” to be “trying to follow in [her] footsteps.”
Kate, however, argues that Aesha is doing just fine by being herself. As she puts it, “You’re charting your own path! You’re doing amazing.”
