Camille Lamb returns to Below Deck Season 12?
Camille Lamb has been hustling since Below Deck season 10. She was quite a controversial crew member while on the show, though it wasn’t her first time on reality TV. Camille competed on American Idol season 19 before landing a spot in the Below Deck franchise. During her time on the show, she created a lot of conflict. Camille had a boatmance with Ben Willoughby, the Below Deck season 11 bosun, that ended after they filmed. She didn’t see eye to eye with Chief Stew Fraser Olender and Chef Rachel Hargrove, two of St. David’s leading crew members.
Camille exhibited bad behavior throughout her time on Below Deck season 10 and was fired by Captain Sandy Yawn. She failed to impress the longtime Below Deck Med captain filling in for Captain Lee Rosbach. Camille was not invited to join the Below Deck season 11 cast, which was for the best. Seeing her and Ben reunite would have been interesting, but she wouldn’t have brought much to the interior or exterior teams. Since Below Deck season 10, Camille has pursued other reality TV opportunities.
Camille Is On A New Reality Series
Camille Is On The CW’s Lovers And Liars
After Below Deck season 10, Camille joined the CW’s Lovers and Liars season 1 cast. The show is an extension of the popular series FBoy Island. With Lovers and Liars, three men are tasked with dating 24 women, all of whom are Nice Girls or Bad Girls. In the end, each man chooses a woman, and if they pick a Nice Girl, they split a prize of $100,000. If they choose a Bad Girl, the woman will win the entire prize, and the man will receive nothing.
Notably, the three men featured on Lovers and Liars were previously on FBoy Island. Camille’s status within the show hasn’t been revealed yet, but it’s assumed she’ll be labeled a Bad Girl. Her multiple appearances on reality TV shows position her as a possible villain for the season.

Camille hasn’t stopped making music since her appearance on American Idol season 19. Even though she didn’t win the singing competition, she continued to release music. Camille released her EP titled, fromtheEP, in 2023. The project consists of four tracks, all of which the reality star promotes on her Instagram account. It’s unclear if Camille still works in the yachting industry in any capacity, but it’s safe to assume that she’s turned to her music and reality TV as the main avenues of her career.
Camille’s Journey On Below Deck
Camille Was Fired By Captain Sandy
Camille had a turbulent journey in Below Deck season 10. She doubled as a stew and deckhand and clashed with many of her fellow crew members, including Chief Stew Fraser and Chef Rachel. It was difficult for her to juggle the demands of being a part of the interior and exterior team. Camille never seemed like she wanted to work and often questioned why she was hired herself. She also formed a boatmance with Ben Willoughby, who went on to appear in Below Deck season 11.
She worked under Captain Lee until he left for medical reasons and was replaced by Captain Sandy. Fraser was frustrated with Camille as she drank while working. He had enough of her bad behavior and took his concerns to Captain Sandy, supported by Chef Rachel, who said the stew/deckhand was “combative” when intoxicated. Captain Sandy fired Camille, and she had a dramatic exit. She didn’t understand why she was fired, even though the captain’s decision was justified. Camille attended the crew’s night out a few days later and left on better terms with everyone.
Will Camille Ever Return To Below Deck?
Camille Probably Won’t Return To Below Deck
It’s doubtful Camille will return to the Below Deck franchise. She didn’t do a good job as a stew or deckhand on the St. David and rubbed much of the crew the wrong way. During her time on Below Deck season 10, she brought a lot of drama to the series. Captain Sandy was unimpressed by her performance during the season and fired her. Camille wasn’t fired for miscellaneous reasons, and her termination built throughout the season. It would be odd if the franchise asked her back for another tenure on the show.
Camille has continued her reality TV journey since Below Deck season 10. She’s wasted no time joining another series with the CW’s Lovers and Liars. Despite her success outside the franchise, it’s unlikely Camille will return to Below Deck.
